excellent fitness center, heated clean pool, beautiful views
The noise from the air conditioning and utilities above was unbearable!!! It's frustrating to find the lights in the room only work with a key card. Consider offering more complementary options. it can feel overly commercialized!!!

pleasant stay but disappointed with dining options

We went to the restaurant for dinner, but none of the items that were on the website were available.

We had an amazing time with the kids, enjoying the huge swimming pool and the relaxing terrace where we could unwind. The indoor pool was perfect for some downtime, while the restaurant served us delicious meals that we couldn't get enough of! The only downside was how generic everything felt, but overall, it was a solid place to chill. 🌊

The spacious room boasted a comfortable bed and a clean, modern bathroom with excellent water pressure. Dining was a highlight, with delicious vegetarian options at the restaurant, and the fire pits provided a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. The hotel's location was peaceful yet conveniently close to local amenities. However, some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable at times, and the parking situation could be improved.

The location was prime for local culinary adventures, with joints like Desperados and The 'Dack Shack just a short stroll away. The staff was friendly, and the vibes in the lobby made for a real cozy retreat after a day of exploring the picturesque town.
However, check-in could use a bit more coverage. I had an AC hiccup on the first night and no one answered my call for help until the next day—definitely a facepalm moment!

I enjoyed the spacious, modern room with a stunning mountain view. The cleanliness was top-notch. everything felt fresh and inviting. Staff were attentive and made my family feel welcomed. However, I noticed the seating in common areas could be more senior-friendly. Some spots felt less accessible for older guests. Additionally, I was surprised that coffee wasn't complimentary in the lobby, which is typically expected. Overall, a few minor adjustments would enhance the stay even more.
